carpal tunnel release will stop the pain, pins and needles in your hand and prevent nerve deterioration which will over time leads to hand muscle atrophy. Dupuytren's contracture requires careful planning and meticulous technique to remove internal hand scarring whilst simultaneously preserve sensory nerves to fingers. Both procedures have been done by Mr Kosutic hundreds of times with high success rates and are day case and performed under local or regional anaesthetic.
